An active deal is any transaction you're currently working on that has buyer activity in the system. This includes deals where buyers are being vetted, reviewing documents in the data room, or going through qualification. Once a deal closes or is marked inactive, it no longer counts toward your limit.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features and we'll prorate the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and deal history are always preserved.
Each plan includes a set number of active deals. If you need more capacity, you can add additional deals at the per-deal rate for your plan. These are billed monthly based on usage. For example, on Professional with 10 active deals, you'd pay $249 + (2 extra deals × $29) = $307/month.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans so you can experience the full power of the Diligents before committing. No credit card required to start. During the trial, you'll have access to all features of your chosen plan.
All plans include integrations with common document formats (PDF, Excel, scanned documents), standard NDA templates, and email notifications. Professional and above add CRM integrations. Enterprise plans include API access and custom integrations with your existing deal management systems.
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant and maintain strict access controls. Your deal data is never used to train AI models and is completely isolated from other customers.
